GENERAL CODING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Code Seq. # on Facesheet as the Case ID.

3. Interviews will have been edited, and some items "scored", in green by the Study staff prior to the coding process. If editing conflicts with the DDE specifications, see Supervisor.
